RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

Item that can be returned:

  • Defect item
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong item (because of our mistake)

We do not accept return for:

  • Sale item with discount above 20% (1-20% discount can still be returned)
  • Change mind excuse

You have 3 calendar days to contact us to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and still has the tag.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

After we confirm that you are eligible to return, you have 3 calendar days again to ship your item to shipping service and inform us your shipment tracking code (or proof that you have shipped your item).

We don’t have deadline for how long your item should be received by us, because it depends on the shipping service.

We only process the refund or exchange your item after we already received and approved the returned item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).

You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies.

 

Exchanges

Instead of refund, you may choose to exchange your item if it’s defective/damaged or if you get the wrong size.

You can only exchange with the same product or with product with the exact same price.

This option only available if the product you want is still available.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you choose to exchange your item, you will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the item to you. You also have to be aware of your country tax if there’s any. We do not responsible to pay your country tax. Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
